Refinery Construction & Operations

Flagship's principals have constructed and operated refinery assets with capacities up to 50,000 barrels per day. Our operational experience encompasses the full lifecycle — from greenfield construction through ongoing operations and optimization.

Working with our EPC partner Basic Equipment, we deliver modular and conventional refinery solutions designed for both domestic and international markets, with particular expertise in middle-distillate production.

Process Technology

Our proprietary process technologies focus on ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) production and specialty refined products. These technologies have been proven in commercial-scale operations and are available for deployment in new refinery projects.
